This week I attended Energie Fitness Club’s launch night in their Dublin 4 location.

On arrival I was greeted with a goodie bag, sparkling wine and delicious food from Chopped before being guided around the club.

I had headed up in my work clothes but knew there would be taster classes so I quickly hit the changing rooms and jumped into my work out gear.

My hoodie is from River Island, my bag is from Siopaella (originally Asos), my tank top is from Penneys, Leggings are from Lidl and my Sketchers (which you can see in the below photos) are from Champion Sports.

I also brought my swim suit with me which I bought in H&M.

Getting out whether it’s for a walk, cycle, swim or taking part in a class at the gym can really help with anxiety and depression and can help you regroup if you’ve had a rough day.

I personally love going for long walks and walked to Energie from where I live in Dublin 8 as a warm up before taking on any of there facilities and classes.

Inside my goodie bag I found protein bars, a protein drink, protein drink mix, a little gym bag, a face towel and a guest pass which I will definitely be using in the near future!

The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming and I would recommend checking it out if you’re in the D4 area and looking for a gym/ fitness classes.
